Here we go

Life can be very exciting when you set up your own business. What was already starting well went momentarily ballistic today. All I did was email about 650 insolvency practitioners in one mailshot and my email and telephones threatened to melt! It was great to know that so many people want to use my services, but it put a king-sized spanner in the works of my plan to write a post-visit report today.

Getting back from yesterday's visit was an interesting experience. Travelling across London by tube is understandably fraught at present, but having to clear Bond Street station because some numpty left their backpack on the tube didn't help me get home on time. It was all the more galling when they allowed us back into the station almost as soon as we'd got up to the exits.

I'll tell you more about yesterdays visit and the issues that arose when I have worked out how to protect the identities of those involved. The issues I found need to be Blogged to give you a chance to address them in your practice, but I'll need to play with them to ensure that they get the general points across and don't sound too case specific. Expect something to show up in a couple of weeks.

Having read a few other Blogs now, I notice that there is a tendancy to get all serious and morose...not my style. For a brighter approach to insolvency (!) , use Compliance On Call.
