It’s about time that this poorly neglected Blog got an update. Our apologies to our loyal readers but we’ve had a busy couple of months and compounded it by trying to bring the creditors and IPs together in the IVA volume handling arena.
To make it up to you, we’ve posted some of the more common issues found on our visits during the last part of 2006. We hope you find them interesting. We make no apology for repeating parts of some of our earlier posts in this. We are still finding some of the issues we’ve brought to your attention repeated in nearly every practice. Please, before you add someone else’s work to your standards, call Bill or Gareth to check that you are not just recycling something that the regulators are trying to eliminate.
