Updated CDDA Guidance now available

The Insolvency Service have recently updated their leaflet giving guidance to IPs on the completion of CDDA returns and reports. This updated guidance sets out what the Insolvency Service sees as current best practice in reporting unfit conduct and reflects the required practice as set out SIPs 2 and 4, together with the practical guidance note prepared by R3 in respect of compliance with SIP 2.
