Annual and final returns in pre-April 2010 cases

A quick reminder that for MVLs and CVLs commenced prior to 6 April 2010 you have two options when it comes to submitting your 6 monthly and annual returns and final returns. You can either use the old style Forms 4.68 and 4.71/4.72, or the new ones introduced after the 2010 Rule changes. If you use the new Forms then you need to ensure that you include all the content required by the pre-April 2010 Rules. Realistically it will be easier to use the old Forms, assuming you still have them available on your case management system.
