Update on the ISA and third party monies

Further to our last post, we have now heard that the first case was recently heard before HHJ Behrens in Manchester.  The good news is that it is being heard by a High Court Judge rather than a Country Court Registrar, but the bad news is that judgement has been reserved.  We do not know when judgement will be delivered, but as soon as we hear anything we’ll Blog about it.
